OREANDA-NEWS. August 10, 2011. Sergey Pandinov is appointed to the post of Director at Ingosstrakh Insurance Company  Elista branch. In his new position he will address the matters of strategic development of this branch.

Sergey was born in May, 1975 in Elista.  In 2001 he graduated from Kalmykia State University. In 2006 he completed the jurisprudence course in the Russian State Humanitarian University.

From 1997 to 1999  Sergey Pandinov worked in the Presidential Envoy Administration in Kalmykia Republic, Iki-Burul District, and then, till 2001 he worked in the Ministry of Finance of Kalmykia Republic. From 2001 to 2005 Sergey worked in Ingosstrakh Insurance Company as the Head of Representative Office in   Elista, and then as the branch director.  In July 2011 Sergey Pandinov came back to the company to the post of Director at Ingosstrakh Insurance Company  Elista branch.
