OREANDA-NEWS. August 10, 2011. Completion of the land reform will not mean introduction of the uncontrolled market of the land of agricultural purpose. The state bodies will carefully supervise a turn of the agricultural land and its use. The Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Mykola Prysyazhnyuk informed about this during working visit to Donetsk area.

"Land is not usual article. It is the article which bears a load of the state requirements. There are norms of a load on 100 hectares. They should be carried out", - declared Mykola Prysyazhnyuk.

According to the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food, the main priority in a question of realization of land reform is maintenance of food security of the state. "This issue is written out in the instruction of the United Nations. Therefore reform stipulates penal sanctions and a possibility of confiscation of the land and resale it to other effective proprietor", - the Minister told.

Mykola Prysyazhnyuk also noted that in case of sale of plots entering into a uniform file and used in a crop rotation, their sale would be extremely carried out under condition of further use of these land areas in a crop rotation before the termination of the period of rotation of a crop rotation.

In addition, in the first reading the draft law on amending some legislative acts of Ukraine to strengthen control over the use of land resources, by which proposes to introduce mechanisms to compensate agricultural producers the costs incurred for activities to improve soil fertility, under condition of positive balance of nutrients, as well as compensation by land users of means in the state budget at negative balance.
