OREANDA-NEWS. August 8, 2011. PJSC "Zaporozhtransformator" (ZTR) has signed the contract for delivery of equipment for CJSC "Donetskstal". Within the scope of signed contract, ZTR will manufacture two transformers 160 MVA 110 kV and autotransformer 200 MVA 220 kV for Donetsk company.

Russian manufacturers were participated in the bid together with ZTR. PJSC "Zaporozhtransformator" won tendering owing to engineering know-how and high reputation of the Company.

Equipment is scheduled to be delivered in the second half of the year 2011.

In May, 2011, another tendering took place, and as a result, PJSC ZTR received the order for manufacturing and delivery of one transformer 25 MVA 35 kV.

During last 5 years ZTR delivered 28 transformers with the whole power 1 891 MVA to the companies of iron and steel industry of Ukraine and Russia. Customers of ZTR equipment were the following enterprises: "Zaporozhstal", "Donetskstal", "Azovstal", "Dneprovskiy metkombinat", "Dneprospetsstal", "OMK-Stal" as well as "Severstal" (RF). 

In 2010, the scope of ZTR supplies regarding the industrial segment amounted to 1,6% of the whole sales volume; the segment of industry and infrastructure in whole amounted to 8%.
