OREANDA-NEWS. August 8, 2011. PJSC “ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih” has launched middle and senior management development program called Navigator for managers. The program includes complex approach provided a wide knowledge-base in finance, project management, operational excellence, supply chain and other areas. This project also aims at improvement of business management skills and team management, personal efficiency and interfunctional cooperation. Participants of 2 years training module will be over 400 middle and senior managers and talents with potential of future managers at PJSC “ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih”.

Iryna Yefymchuk, HR Department Director PJSC “ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih”: "Today we make international management team for our company and in some cases we have to invite external managers. But our main goal is to foster future leaders from local employees. The new training module of PJSC “ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih” focuses on improvement and development of important skills for international company managers. For instance our modern manager shouldn’t be the expert manufacturer oriented to output only. We need multifunctional specialists with knowledge in different fields. Navigator for managers will help the program participants to enlarge their responsibilities in future and prepare them for career development within the company”.

A course program is composed thanks to ArcelorMittal University. Participants of 2 years intensive training Navigator for managers will be able to pretend to get top positions at PJSC “ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih” and to global career development within ArcelorMittal.

The program includes online and class training and workshops. The training is carried out by 15 external trainers invited from 8 training companies and 18 different professional experts of PJSC “ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih”. The budget of Navigator for managers amounts to 6 million UAH.
