OREANDA-NEWS. August 8, 2011. An increasing number of subscribers effect online payment for telecommunication service by Visa and MasterCard credit cards using Internet Subscriber Support System (ISPA). A monthly volume of payments in the second quarter has outreached 8 million rubles.

An opportunity to pay for all Rostelecom-Siberia (formerly Sibirtelecom) telecommunication services online became feasible via ISPA in January 2010. The total amount of payments effected through ISPA made up over 63.8 million rubles.

ISPA was initiated as a service allowing the company subscribers to check their personal accounts and select services. Functional of the system is increasingly growing and for the moment a subscriber is able from his member area registered in ISPA to connect, disable and adjust services, effect payment for all services  including Internet access service, IPTV and IP telephony, and obtain detailed information on charges and payment for services.

A number of Rostelecom-Siberia ISPA subscribers is also steadily growing and today it exceeds 750 thousand.
