OREANDA-NEWS. August 8, 2011. Pursuant to the resolution of the annual shareholders' meeting of JSC Latvijas kugnieciba (LK) held on July 27, the member of the LK Supervisory Council Simon Boddy has convened the first meeting of the newly elected LK Supervisory Council.

During the meeting members of the Supervisory Council adopted a resolution on election of the Chairman of the LK Supervisory Council - Simon Boddy is re-appointed in this position, in turn Mikhail Dvorak is re-elected as the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Council.

As reported previously, on July 27, 2011, the following persons were elected into the LK Supervisory Council: Simon Boddy, Mikhail Dvorak, Christophe Theophanis Matsacos, Rubil Yilmaz, Vladimir Egger, Javed Ahmed, Mark Morrel Ware, Jaakko Sakari Mikael Salmelin, Olga Petersone, Olegs Stepanovs, Martins Kveps.
