OREANDA-NEWS. August 08, 2011. The second investment forum of Kyiv region “Stability and growth” was held in Vyshgorod town (Kyiv region). The presentation of investment attractiveness and economic potential of the region has become the purpose of the event, reported the press-centre of NIBULON.

More than 20 companies, including “NIBULON”, were presented at the exhibition. The company and Kyiv region are connected by long-standing partnership. The company plans to continue the investment project on the revival of the Dnipro River as a transport water way of Ukraine that will receive a new stage of development in Kiev region. The national agricultural leader plans the construction of two transshipment terminals and an elevator complex, the construction works will be started in the near future. Local authority wants to see a powerful investor in the region and provides clear guarantees and creates all conditions for work.

“Today Kyiv region is very attractive for investments. Last year we had an investment forum that gave us an opportunity to implement more than 20 programs next day already. This year 21 investment programs at a cost of almost USD 600 million will be implemented, including construction of elevators and transshipment terminals,” the Head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk said during the forum.

General Director of “NIBULON” Oleksiy Vadaturskyy, summing up said by previous speakers, noted that Ukraine today is in urgent need of new investments. But both domestic and foreign investors do not have to sit and wait ideal conditions to be created for them – it is necessary to come to Ukraine and to invest in the development of domestic economy on your own initiative.

Oleksiy Vadaturskyy continued, “Last year with the support of the Kyiv Regional State Administration and Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk personally, we presented our investment program on the construction of three modern enterprises at a cost of USD 60 million. A year later, during the second investment forum of Kiev region, we sign a memorandum on cooperation and guarantee that three modern enterprises of “NIBULON” will be constructed in Kiev region by the 1st of July, 2012.

It is gratifying that in the central region of Ukraine, in Kyiv region, we will begin the revival of the Dnipro River as a transport water way of Ukraine. Thus, there will be our enterprises in all regions of the country where the Dnipro River runs.”

After acting Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Vadym Kopylov, Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk and other guests got acquainted with the exhibition and in particular exposition of “NIBULON”, Oleksiy Vadaturskyy and Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk signed a memorandum “On partnership and cooperation” and presented the successful cooperation between the company and regional authorities.

At the same time with the forum, Grand Prix of Ukraine World Cup in class “Formula 1” on the water was held in Vyshgorod from the 29th till the 31st of July. “NIBULON” was general partner and sponsor of the event.

When reporters asked why the company had provided financial support to organizers of the competition, Oleksiy Vadaturskyy said, “Our company is a national, Ukrainian one, we are the patriots of Ukraine. We always support events that improve Ukraine’s image internationally. We support the initiatives of regional councils, where the leadership of the region creates favorable conditions for development and investments. Therefore our sincere support for this sports event is the result of a good partnership with local authorities. Being the general partner and sponsor of this major event, we also affirm its status of the company, known far beyond Ukraine. We are pleased to take part in the organization of the sports event, helping Ukraine to host international competition of this level for the first time, and people to get a lot of emotions and fun from the sports festival.”

The team from Abu Dhabi (UAE) led by Ahmed al-Amni has become the winner of the competition. The leader of the overall standings, American Jay Price from Qatar team came finish second. Current champion, Finn Sami Selio from Italian team Mad Croc F1 came in third.
