OREANDA-NEWS. August 08, 2011. Ukrzaliznytsia till October 1, will make a decision on the complex Program of maintenance with habitation of workers of railway branch and will defined with ways of its financing. Such task was put by the General Director of Ukrzaliznytsia Volodymyr Kozak at council meeting of Ukrzaliznytsia.

He noted, that the problem of maintenance with habitation - one of the sharpest in Ukraine and to solve it we have as soon as possible.

The General Director has set the task till October, 1st on all railways to lead monitoring an existing situation with housing maintenance and turns on habitation, to lead audit of own not completed construction, to make qualitative audit of existing floor spaces and facilities which can be converted for habitation.

For realization of the Program of maintenance with habitation of the employees in all regions of Ukraine Ukrzaliznytsia looks for bank - the unified general partner. The chapter of railway branch has declared readiness to consider any offers concerning the repayment of ready habitation, investment in not completed construction at the maximal stage of readiness, the repayment of the so-called "frozen" projects and other forms and methods of participation in projects of housing construction.

"Today on the apartment account - 16132 families, however actually the demand for habitation is much more. Therefore development of the new conceptual approach to the decision of housing question on railway transportation - a problem number one", - the general director emphasized.

Volodymr Kozak noted that existing financial possibilities of railways and turns on habitation put young perspective experts practically in a desperate situation. "All of us it is perfectly to understand, how much availability of own habitation for young spouses means. I shall do everything possible, that young experts, the best experts came on our enterprises and will be assured that we for the short period of time will provide them with habitation ", - the head of region noted.
