FAS Started New Electronic Project on Russian Competition Law
OREANDA-NEWS. August 08, 2011. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) presents the first issue of a new research-and-practice journal - “Russian Competition Law and Economics”- to broad readership, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.
The main objective of the new electronic publication is to facilitate development of competition in Russia, as well as the whole space of the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. This is an excellent opportunity to get first-hand news about the antimonopoly law and enforcement practice, about the most complex and interesting antimonopoly cases, considered by judicial authorities, as well as to be actively involved in discussing the issues raised by the journal.
The editors of the new journal “Russian Competition Law and Economics” plan to invite not only practicing lawyers as the authors but also well-known academics (economists, legal scholars, regulators, experts in the field of natural sciences).
You can see the content of the first issue of the new electronic journal - “Russian Competition Law and Economics” – and download the file on the of the home page of the official FAS web-site.
