OREANDA-NEWS. August 5, 2011. At the end of July the first Italian restaurant Pasta Mia was opened at OKKO filling complex on 84 Kyivska str. in Rivne. The newly created brand was worked out by Terrin PE, it will develop together with the known network of the French cuisine A la minute (restaurants of prompt service) and will operate at OKKO filling complexes as well.

Restaurant accents remain unchanging – these are rapid and quality service, usage of natural fresh foods only, refined European cuisine. Restaurant differs from A la minute in decor and menu –recipes of Italian cuisine are prepared here – various types of pasta, pizza, soups, salads etc.

"We put great expectations on a new format – the director of Terrin PE Andriy Yanchuk says. – Within 5 years of work on the market A la minute brand gained favour and clients trust. At the same time we give our clients suggestion equivalent in quality, however fundamentally different. In prospect, we will build both restaurants at mirrorlike highway OKKO filling complexes – at one A la minute with its French accents, and at the other Pasta Mia – with no less refined Italian cuisine".
