OREANDA-NEWS. August 5, 2011. The Bank of Moscow has concluded two credit agreements with ZAO Invesstroy-15 to an aggregate sum of RUR 1 975 mln.

The purpose of the loan is implementation of agreements concluded with JSC  Glavnoye Upravleniye Obustroistva Voisk (Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation) for construction of housing for armed forces personnel in Akhtubinsk, Astrakhan Region, Stepnoy micro-district (a housing development complex of 400 apartments) and in Moscow, at B. Ochakovskaya St., Vl. 12, military unit 44501 (896 apartments).

Guarantees have also be granted for RUR 890 mln and RUR 231.6 mln to secure fulfillment of agreements concluded with Glavnoye Upravleniye Obustroistva Voisk (Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation) for construction of a residential complex of 2176 apartments on the territory of Frunze military township No. 1, Gramshy St., Voronezh, and a sanatorium-preventive medicine centre at Anapa, Pionerskiy Prospekt, 28.

The Bank of Moscow previously granted ZAO Investstroy-15 credit funds of RUR 4.5 bln. The purpose of the loan was for implementation of state contracts, under which the customer was the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, for construction of housing for armed forces personnel in Krasnodar, Stavropol, Korenovsk (Krasnodar Territory), Pushkin and Lenino (Leningrad Region) and Krasnoznamensk (Moscow Region).
