According to Valeriy Eryomin, CEO of KAMAZ’s subsidiary in Stavropol, the company improved its performance due to the use of new Helios paint materials, diode lighting equipment, the installation of ABS systems on manufactured equipment, the unification of sides, the increase in warranty lifetime. By the way, from the 1st of September, LED lighting and wiring will be installed on all new trailers.

Trying to improve the quality of production, the company also started building a service network for maintenance of products. The company carries out research and development activities to improve the range of trailers. The goal is to improve competitiveness, quality, reliability, manufacturability of mass-produced trailers and semitrailers. Valery Eryomin sees two ways of improvement: manufacturing needed equipment and updating basic components and assemblies of existing models. At the same time, design documentation of serial production is to be adjusted in connection with changes in requirements of international, governmental and industrial standards.
