OREANDA-NEWS. August 4, 2011. Sviaz-Bank has acted as one of managing underwriters of Series BO-7 bonds issued by the Magnitogorsk Steel Plant, in addition to the plant’s other offerings, to raise a total amount of 5billion rubles.

The bonds were sold on the MICEX Stock Exchange by public subscription on July 26, 2011. The interest payable on the first bond coupon was fixed at 7.25% per annum, and the same interest was fixed on coupons 2 to 6.

The bonds have a maturity of three years and sell at 1,000 rubles par each.
