OREANDA-NEWS. August 04, 2011. During the session of the Cabinet of Ministers Mykola Azarov has set the task the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine with local administrations to develop a program for every settlement.

"Every village and town in Ukraine must have a perspective - Mykola Azarov said. - And people need to know about it, they should allow themselves to plan the development of the city".

According to the Head of Government development projects need to be discussed at the meetings of local communities, "to get the approval of the way to which development will go".
