OREANDA-NEWS. August 3, 2011. Two ruble bonds issues BO-1 and BO-2 have been placed on the MICEX with a par value of RUR 1 bln each. The bonds will have a 3-year tenor and a 1-year put option. The interest rate for the one year period was set at 9.95 per cent per annum. Demand exceeded supply by 8.64%.

Secondary trading has been launched on the MICEX list of noon-listed stock. In November 2011 it is planned to include the bonds on the exchange’s A1 quotation list, by analogy with the debut ruble bonds issue, which successfully underwent this procedure in the spring 2011.
