OREANDA-NEWS. August 03, 2011. The State Property Fund of Ukraine began its first scheduled inspection of the fulfillment of conditions of the purchase-sale contract  92,79% share package of JSC "Ukrtelecom".

The check will last from 2 to 12 August 2011.

Let's remind, on March 11, 2011 the State Property Fund of Ukraine and the LLC "UES" signed the contract of purchase and sale 92,79% shares of  JSC "Ukrtelecom".

According to the results of the expert evaluation, the value of 92,79% of the shares of the national operator of communication the JSC "Ukrtelecom" was 10.575.100.000 UAH. Expert assessment exceeded the initial price of shares of the JSC "Ukrtelecom" by 75 million UAH.
