OREANDA-NEWS. August 03, 2011. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) has received a petition of “AccentTen Holding Limited” (the Buyer) (location: P.О. Box 87, 22 Greenville St., St. Helier, Jersey, JE4 8PX, British Channel Islands; main activities – holding activities) about acquiring the right that allow determining the conditions for entrepreneurial activities of “AR Karton” CJSC (the Company) (location – 2, Hybridnaya St., Timashevsk, the Krasnodar region, 352700; main activities – production of corrugated paperboard, paper- and cardboard containers), Registration No.35007 of 23rd June 2011, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

The total book value of the assets of the group of persons of the Buyer and the Company (as of 31st March 2011) exceeds 7 billion Rubles.

Governed by Article 33 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) made a decision to extend the period for petition consideration for two months in order to obtain additional information to be able to fully and objectively consider the petitioned transaction.

Interested persons can present information to the antimonopoly body as to how the above transaction can affect the state of competition.
