The ordinary registered interest-bearing bonds of "H" series of PJSC "MEGABANK" are included in the stock register of the second-level of the quotation listing of PJSC "FB"PERSPECTYVA" according to the decision № 11/07/27-01 of the Exchange from July 27, 2011 (the code in the trading system – OMGBH), reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.

Under the conditions of the bond issue it is provided a quarterly payment and annual coupon offer. The maturity of bonds is 5 years.

Total volume of bonds issue series H is UAH 50 million. Nominal yield on the first – the fourth coupon period is set at the level of 14%.
