OREANDA-NEWS. August 03, 2011. VTB Bank set a RUB 3.2 billion credit limit for Haven LLC acting under the brand Mat’ I Ditya (Mother and Child). The funds will be used to finance the construction of Lapino perinatal medical center in Odintsovo and to purchase the equipment required for it. A RUB 2.8 billion loan agreement maturing in 7 years has been signed under the limit, reported the press-centre of VTB Bank.

The project involves construction of a five-storey medical center with a total area of over 41,000 sq. m on a 2.16 ha land lot. The purpose of the center is to provide a whole range of services in family planning and reproductive health, including obsterics, gynecology, perinatology, neonatology, surgery, therapy and recreation therapy for adults and children, including infants.

Lapino medical center will become a modern complex using inpatient care substitution and family-oriented technologies at all stages of rehabilitation, from nursing and treatment of infants to recovery of reproductive functions of a family.

The medical center includes an inpatient department for 87 persons, plus infant wards of the maternal child unit.

This project is unique for two reasons. Firstly, it will combine obsterics, gynecology and outpatient departments, neonatal center and a high-class laboratory. Secondly, the clinic will have a distinctive specialization in treatment of severe forms of infertility and miscarriages.

The construction of the center is expected to be completed in Q1’2013.
