Kazakhstan Kagazy Bough Back Equipment from ATFBank
OREANDA-NEWS. August 02, 2011. Kazakhstan Kagazy (hereinafter the Group or Kazakhstan Kagazy) bought back equipment used in A class storages in ATFBank, having signed an agreement of buying - selling of logistics equipment and motor transport, reported the press-centre of KASE.
Agreements were signed with approval of Development Bank of Kazakhstan to ensure continues work of storages. Earlier, the equipment was a collateral security in ATFBank.
"We are pleased with reached agreements. The Group strategy allowed implementation of successful negotiations and achieving positive results. Our clients may be confident that A class storages will work according to approved standards", said Director General of PD Logistics Ermek Mubarakov.
At the same time the Group completed the process of debt restructuring to Raiffeisen Leasing Kazakhstan. During negotiations parties reached agreements on basic parameters acceptable for both parties. The debt for equipment to Raiffeisen Leasing Kazakhstan is the part of restructured debt of the Group.
