OREANDA-NEWS. August 02, 2011. The second round of the negotiations between Moldova’s government and the European Commission over the agreement on single sky will be held in Brussels on September 28-29. It is stipulated by the protocol signed following the first round of the talks held in Chisinau on July 27-28.

Under the protocol, the parties agreed on the structure of the agreement that will base on the gradual introduction by Moldova of the European norms and rules at the same time with the step-by-step opening of the air market and gradual integration of Moldova into the European air structures.

The third, final, round of the talks is planned for November.
