Particularly, 94.905 percent of the state’s shares in ForjaCom have been put up for the investment tender at the initial price of 17 mln leis; 90.480 percent of the state’s shares in PRESUDOR at 17 mln leis; 90.382 percent of shares in Zidarul-SV at 2 mln leis; 82.287 percent of shares in MaPasAuto at 2.5 mln leis; 77.259 percent of shares in the Reupies at 2.5 mln leis; 73.884 percent of shares in Aralit at 2.2 mln leis; 70.356 percent of shares in Radiator at 2 mln leis; 66.999 percent of shares in DOTARCOM at 2 mln leis; 61.135 percent of shares in Bicotra at 1.5 mln leis.

Future owners will have to invest 4-18 mln leis. The tender will be held in two stages. The deadline for submitting documents for participation is September 21. The Ministry of Economy reminded that according to the government’s decree passed earlier, industrial park of the same name had been established on the basis of the industrial platform of Tracom JSC.

The next stage of the plan of actions is privatization of the state’s stocks in nine companies situated on the Tracom’s territory. As it was reported earlier, the government had provided the Tracom with the status of an industrial park, giving it the land of 32.26 hectare area for free usage and authorizing it as a managing enterprise for 30 years. Establishment of the industrial park was determined by a number of reasons, including the extremely inefficient usage of the enterprise’s assets, depreciation and obsolescence of the equipment at 80% and others. The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Valerii Lazar said earlier that it is planned to attract about 50 mln euros of investments to the industrial park of Tracom, with 1 mln euros of them to be invested in the infrastructure development.

According to the Ministry of Economy’s projections, the direct economic effect from establishment of the industrial park of Tracom will total 708 mln euros for 30 years. This amount includes the forecasted volume of incomes from sale s (391 mln eurs), creation of at least 1,000 workplaces and payment of salaries (149 mln euros), payment of taxes and duties to the budget (117 mln euros) and other incomes from activity of the administrator and residents of the park.
