Each day more than 450 thousand users call the automatic voice services. Behind a pleasant female voice of the automatic responding machine hides a real person — (Liudmyla Shevchenko (Kozub)) ЛюдMилa ШeBчeHko (Koзуб), a specialist of the electronic channels support sector. Her voice for four years has been a permanent voice of the Kyivstar. By profession Liudmyla is a professional TV and radio announcer. She started her carrier at the company as a call center operator, working at that position for a year and a half. Now the Kyivstar clients will not confuse her voice with anybody else’s.
