Acron Announced New CEO
OREANDA-NEWS. August 1, 2011. On July 28, Acron Board of Directors passed a resolution to early terminate powers of CEO (President) Ivan Antonov effective from July 29, 2011. Vladimir Kunitsky has been elected CEO (President) of Acron.
Ivan Antonov will continue his work in the company as Vice President for Production and Development and as a member of the Managing Board.
Vladimir Kunitsky has been with the company since 1983, and since 2006 he has been Senior Vice President and Deputy Chair of the Managing Board. Since now, Kunitsky will serve as Chair of the Managing Board.
There also have been some changes to Acron top management structure.
Oscar Valters, who previously was Vice President for Finance, has been appointed Senior Vice President.
Irina Raber, who previously held the position of Vice President for Special Projects, now will serve as Human Resources and Special Projects Vice President.
Kerim Vagabov has been appointed Vice President for Non-core Assets after serving as director of the company’s Odintsovo branch.
Dmitry Zaitsev has been appointed Vice President for Transport and Logistics. Previously, he held the position of CEO of Metachim Trade House.
