OREANDA-NEWS. August 01, 2011. The Government has approved the Procedure of use of the means stipulated in the state budget for realization of actions on performance of the National program of assistance to progress of small business in Ukraine. The appropriating regulation developed by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, is accepted at the session of the Government.

The regulation establishes the Procedure of use of the means stipulated in the state budget for the budgetary program "Actions on realization of the National program of assistance to progress of small business in Ukraine".

The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade is the main manager of budgetary means and the executive of the budgetary program.

In accordance with the Procedure budgetary means will go on realization of a plan of measures on performance in current to year of the National program of assistance to progress of small business in Ukraine, approved by the order the Cabinet of Ukraine dated 06.04.2011 № 273-р, in particular on: performance of educational program concerning realization of entrepreneurial business for businessmen and wide layers of the population; carrying out All-Ukrainian competition of business-plans of entrepreneurial business among youth; holding conferences, forums, exhibitions and fairs with participation of representatives of small business; the edition of the National report on a condition and prospects of progress of business in Ukraine; carrying out of presentations-discussions on introduction in Ukraine of principles of the Certificate concerning small business for the Europe.
