Introduction of online certification of risk managers on the GARP standards in Azerbaijan within the framework of the IFC Azerbaijan-Central Asia Financial Markets Infrastructure Advisory Services Project (ACAFI) has acquired a new participant. Within its framework the Central Bank of Azerbaijan is forming its own IFRM system on GARP standards.
