OREANDA-NEWS. July 28, 2011. Total payments collected under this type of insurance have grown by 70% compared to the same period 2010 and amounted to UAH 34,321,407.

Over the first 6 months 2011, Allianz Ukraine Insurance Company has made 1,066 property insurance agreements, of which 36 for the total amount of over UAH 100 million each.

740 signed agreements account for voluntary property insurance and insurance of risks related to business interruption. Premiums collected on this product amounted to UAH 27,657,853 (80.6% of the portfolio). A large amount of premiums was collected on property insurance in power industry: UAH 3,100,849. In the portfolio structure, the share of this product amounted to 9%. Premiums collected on assembly, erection and construction works as well as liability at the time of their performance amounted to UAH 1,410,477 (4.1% of the portfolio).

The percentage of corporate property insurance in the insurer portfolio amounts to 43%. This fully complies with Allianz Ukraine development strategy, which is aimed at strengthening positions in the corporate segment, as well as preserving balanced portfolio with a high percentage of property types of insurance.
