"SITRONICS IT" - is one of the leading suppliers of IT solutions, products and services in the field of information technologies in CIS and Eastern Europe, completed second stage for automation of customer servicing processes in "SUBSIDIARY BANK SBERBANK OF RUSSIA" PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY. The project is realized on the basis of Oracle Siebel CRM, reported the press-centre of SITRONICS IT.

Single front-office was realized for employees of the bank retail business under second sage of the pro-ject. Processes of presale work, sale of banking products, after sale servicing of natural persons were automated in the system.

"Such "industrialization" of systems and processes in the Bank increases level customer relation work, allows to build up effective relations with clients increasing quality and speed of servicing, more effectively manage credit and other types of risks", - said Chairman of the Board of JSC "SBERBANK OF RUSSIA" Igor Yushko.
