OREANDA-NEWS. July 27, 2011. Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated July 21, 2011 common stocks KZ1C52400013, KZ1C00000595 of Syrymbet (North Kazakhstan region, village of Syrymbet) have been included in the third category of KASE official list, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfils terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules".

Opening of KASE trading in these shares will also be announced additionally.

The issue of authorized shares by JSC Syrymbet was registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations on July 3, 2008 and was split up into 100,000 common shares with NIN KZ1C52400013 assigned. The issue has been entered in the State Register of Emissive Securities under No. А5240. 90,000 units of the said shares were outstanding as of June 1, 2011.

Tsentr DAR (Almaty) is the registrar of Syrymbet.

The said shares have been assigned an abbreviation (trade code) SRBT.

Syrymbet's main activities include exploration and assessment of complex ores containing tin, tantalum, niobium, and other accompanying valuable metals and minerals of Syrymbet mine field.

More details of the said issue will be published on KASE website once the Listing Commission's decision becomes effective.
