OREANDA-NEWS. July 27, 2011. “Unibank” decreased the interest rates by 1-2% on credit products “UNI-EXPRESS” and “UNI-MICRO” to small business. Henceforth the interest rates on credit “UNI-EXPRESS” make 19-22% in AM drams, up to 17-20% in USD and 16-19% in Euro. Interest rates on credit “UNI-MICRO” are as following: 18-21% in AMD, 17-20% in USD, 16-19% in Euro. Credit sum on "UNI-EXPRESS" increased to 3,5 million AMD and on credit “UNI-MICRO” from 3,5 million to 6 million AMD. The Bank also decreased credit commission and fixed at the level of 1%. Credit means on products “UNI-EXPRESS” and “UNI-MICRO” are given to an organization and private entrepreneurs for 48 months, employee of industrial, trade or service sphere with activity duration not less then 3 months, reported the press-centre of Unibank.

The main specificity of credit product “UNI-EXPRESS” is that collateral is not an obligatory term, 2 guarantees of physical and/or legal person is enough. For the credit “UNI-MICRO” the market value of collateral can make 50% from credit sum.

Rather flexible repayment graphics are offered, there is an opportunity to accommodate to the clients seasonal business. At the same time “Unibank” allows pre-term credit repayments without limitations or imposing the fins. For the credits “UNI-EXPRESS” or “UNI-MICRO” you can give an application in any brunch of the capital. The examination term of credit application takes no more than two working days after giving the necessary documents.

As per the results of 2011 the portfolio of business-credits of “Unibank” made 47,9 million drams providing growth by 10% as compared with the same period of the previous year. The number of given business-credits increased 1,5. The volume of credit portfolio directed to financing small business exceeded 18,6 million USD.
