TISCO Realizes Recycling Project
OREANDA-NEWS. July 26, 2011. Along with Furnace A liquid iron of metallurgy de-dusting ash recycling project slowly tapped in TISCO Processing Plant, full function metallurgy de-dusting ash recycling device invested and constructed by TISCO has been formally put into production, it is domestic first set of device that can deal with both carbon steel and stainless steel de-dusting ash. This is a great achievement in the first year of "the 12th five-year plan" period, reported the press-centre of TISCO.
Metallurgy de-dusting ash recycling project is a key project for TISCO promoting energy conservation and emission reduction as well as circular economy development. Metallurgy de-dusting ash recycling process technology is jointly developed by TISCO and Germany Kutner Company, among it, stainless steel de-dusting ash smelting process is international initiative. TISCO has related knowledge property rights. In the project, metallurgy de-dusting ash cycling device is the first set in China.
The technology process includes three parts like brick-making, smelting and output, there are two complete brick making production lines and the three rich oxygen shaft furnaces, mainly smelt the recycled red sludge, smelting de-dusting ash and solid wastes like steel slag and etc. The produced molten iron can be directly supplied to steel-making process, discharged water granulating slag can make out cement raw materials by charging into TISCO blast furnace slag super fine powder device, and generated coal gas will entered into gas pipeline, using and arranging again by the Gas Company.
After the domestic first set of full function metallurgy de-dusting ash melting device putting into production, it can process 230000 tons of stainless steel de-dusting ash and 250000 tons of carbon de-dusting ash and it can produce 160000 tons of stainless steel hot metal and 160000 tons of carbon steel hot metal. This not only produces considerable economic benefit, but also achieves the target of maximum use of resources and the minimum emission of pollutant discharge, which enhancing the level of TISCO clean production.
