OREANDA-NEWS. July 26, 2011. By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission decision preferred shares KZ1P51970112, KZ1P00000269 (AZNOp) of Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant (Aktobe) are transferred from KASE official list second to third category, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the KASE conclusion of July 15, 2011 based on results of inspection of Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant and the mentioned shares for compliance with listing requirements, set by the Appendix to the Chairman Order of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation of Activities of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty "On Establishment of Requirements for Issuers, whose Securities are Admissible or Admitted to the Official list of the Special Trading Floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty, and for such Securities" of May 8, 2008 # 04.2-09/119 for the second category, was detected noncompliance of Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant and its shares with the following listing requirements:

- for the number of free floating shares - as of May 25, 2011 the mentioned shares in free float were absent that violates the listing requirement set by sub-item 7) of item 5 of the Appendix;

- for an auditing organization - Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant financial statements for 2010 has been audited by Firm Koktem-Audit LLP, which does not comply with qualification requirements for auditing organizations of the first level - this violates the requirement set by sub-item 3) of   item 5 of the Appendix.

Based on the above said and in compliance with sub-item 2) of item 2 of article 16 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" the shares were transferred from KASE official list second to third category, the listing in which does not have the requirement for the number of free floating shares; an issuer financial statements must be audited by an auditing organization that complies with qualification requirements for auditing organizations of the second level, which the above mentioned organization failed to meet.

The shares were admitted to KASE category "B" official list from February 21, 2005, and from September 1, 2008 were transferred to KASE official list second category. Trades opened from November 25, 2010.
