OREANDA-NEWS. July 26, 2011. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On State Support of Agriculture of Ukraine" in July 2011 at a Governmental session.

Objective of a bill is settlement of the disagreements arising by granting of the credit grant to the enterprises of agriculture on seats by reduction of timeframes of granting of the credit grant in conformity with the article 347 of the Administrative Code of Ukraine. Also the bill’s object is granting a possibility to the agricultural enterprises to receive the compensation of the interest rate under the short-term credits involved for a covering of production costs not only in current year, but also in the following (behind the expenses suffered in the last) within the limits of 12 calendar months.

Expected results: acceptance of the given project will enable to improve the mechanism of the state support of the enterprises of agriculture by reduction in price of credits (granting of the credit grant).
