OREANDA-NEWS. July 26, 2011. The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation registered No.263 Order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) of 12th April 2011 “On Approving the Forms, Periods and Regularity of Disclosing Information by Holders of Natural Monopolies in Railway Transportation”, which approved, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia:

1. The forms for disclosing information by holders of natural monopolies in railway transportation, particularly providing the services for employing railway infrastructure in general use.

2. Periods and regularity of disclosing information by holders of natural monopolies in railway transportation, as well as the rules for filling in the forms.

FAS Order comes into effect after its official publication.

Failure to disclose information of disclosing knowingly incorrect information about their activities by the holders of natural monopolies will be punished under Article 19.8.1 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Violations.
