OREANDA-NEWS. July 26, 2011. Prices for building and assembly works in Moldova in the second quarter of 2011 increased by 9.4% in comparison with the same period last year.  The most consideration growth of prices for building and assembly works was registered in this period in the telecommunications sector – 13.2%, housing construction – 13.1% and agriculture – 11.4%, the National Statistics Office reports.

The growth of prices in trade and catering amounted to 8.4 percent, in construction of objects of social and cultural destination – 7.7 percent, manufacturing – 7.6 percent, power industry – 6.6%.

The lowest growth of prices was seen by the transport sector – 5.9 percent.
