Let us inform you, that in order to execute the Law of Ukraine “About Joint Stock Companies” the shareholders of the company has taken a decision on the committee to change the form of property of the company from Closed Joint Stock Company “Worsted and Carded Company “Cheksil” to Private Joint Stock Company “Worsted and Carded Company “Cheksil” (the short name is PJSC “Cheksil”).

We inform our customers, that all current payments for shipping products have to be done with the consideration of above mentioned information. At the same time the bank references and the legal address of the company remain unchanged.

All the contracts concluded between Closed Joint Stock Company “Worsted and Carded Company “Cheksil” with its customers keep their validity for Private Joint Stock Company “Worsted and Carded Company “Cheksil”.

This letter is considered to be considered the integral part for ALL the contracts negotiated with the customers.
