Primary vacancy rate in June 2011 was 13.3%. For comparison, in the first quarter of 2011 - 14.7%, and at the end of 201 - year - 17.9%. The volume of new supply of logistics facilities in January-June 2011 decreased by 23% against the same period in 2010.

Base rents for modern warehouses in Kiev and the region in the first half of 2011 was always in the range from 5.5 to 6.5 dollars per sq m.
