(Almaty), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of having bought the 100% stake in LLP "Penson Group" off the "Fintex Industrials" limited liability partnership and having sold 100% stake in LLP "Aksay Construction Company", 100% stake in LLP "KG Karaotkel", 50% stake in LLP "MEGASTROI Corporation" and 30% stake in LLP "KT "Richesse Capital"" to the "Fintex Industrials" limited liability partnership following purchase and sales agreements dated June 28, 2011", reported the press-centre of KASE.
