OREANDA-NEWS. July 22, 2011. In order to increase the efficiency of purchasing activity and the quality of provided services JSC  Irkutskenergo announced the continuation of new contractors. With this aim the Company placed the annual purchasing program on industrial services at the official Company’s website in Contractors’ Information section in addition to the purchasing program on maintenance and investment activity.
