JSC NC “KazMunayGas” (hereinafter – KMG) subject to Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On joint stock companies” announces, that on June 7, 2011 the Sole shareholder of JSC NC “KazMunayGas” – JSC “National Welfare Fund “Samruk-Kazyna” adopted a resolution on the dividends payment on KMG’s ordinary shares following the results of activities for 2010.

5) terms and conditions and form of dividends payment – to pay out the dividends in cash by wire transfer to the bank account of the Sole shareholder.
