OREANDA-NEWS. July 22, 2011. Raiffeisenbank has opened its third Mortgage Centre in Moscow in the premises of its Moscow-City branch at 10, Testovskaya street, reported the press-centre of Raiffeisenbank.

Mortgage Centre "Moscow-City" will offer the full range of mortgage lending services: consulting on the bank’s various mortgage programs and on the legal aspects of the deal, as well as helping to choose the real estate agent.

"Opening our specialised mortgage centres, we are trying to create an environment where our customers would be able to choose a mortgage program they need in a comfortable surrounding and with the full help of our knowledgeable staff," says Andrey Stepanenko, member of the board of ZAO Raiffeisenbank and the Head of Retail Private Individuals Directorate.

The new Mortgage Centre is open Mon. to Fri. from 9:00 a.m. till 8:00 p.m.; Elena Ikomasova will be in charge of the MC.

Two Mortgage Centres are now fully functioning in Moscow branches at 28, Smolenskaya-Sennaya Square and 17, Toitskaya street; mortgage consulting and application services are also available in other Moscow outlets in Pyatnitskaya st., Myasnitskaya st., Ploshchad’ Ilyicha, and Sadovo-Triumfalnaya Square.

Raiffeisenbank offers a wide choice of mortgage programmes, providing finance for purchase of a new flat before its construction, for purchase of a secondary-market property, and home equity loans for purchase of a countryside house/cottage.
