Under its terms each business client will be able to independently connect or disconnect Internet, SMS, MMS packages as well other services, significantly reducing the load on enterprises’ coordinators.

Now the "Kyivstar Business" clients got a chance to independently, without the enterprise’s coordinator, manage mobile communications and Internet services, using the new "Personal service management" service. From now on any user can independently order, change and disconnect the services and actions he/she requires except for the rate plan. It will make the usage even simpler. "Personal service management" will make it possible to substantially save one’s time, managing mobile services of the client company.

The "Personal service management" offer is available for small and medium business clients, and for larger enterprises. The service is connected free of charge. The payment for using it is not collected. The authorized business client coordinator can order or disconnect the service. To do so he/she should dial the short number 477 or file a request to the client service center. Also the coordinator can manage the "Personal service management" service in the "My Kyivstar" self-service system.
