Power Machines Supplies Equipment for CHP in Sovetskaya Gavan
OREANDA-NEWS. July 21, 2011. OJSC Kaluga Turbine Works (OJSC KTW), which is part of Power Machines, entered into an agreement to supply two 63 MW steam turbines for the CHP under construction in Sovetskaya Gavan (Khabarovsk Krai).
The contract signed with NPO ELSIB OJSC specifies design, preparation, supply, installation supervision and commissioning of two T-63-13/0.25 steam turbines. The first turbine is to be manufactured in February 2013 and the second in April 2013.
OJSC KTW hasn’t produced this type of equipment before. OJSC KTW design engeneers have now got down to projecting.
The new equipment produced by OJSC KTW will operate at the CHP, which is under construction. The station is being built to provide the transport nodal piont developing in this region, enterprises of different industries with energy and Sovetskaya Gavan with heat energy.
