AB LIETUVOS ENERGIJA, a public company organized and operating under the Lithuanian law, business ID 220551550, registered office address Elektrines st. 21, LT-26108 Elektrenai (hereinafter referred to as the “Company“), data on the Company being collected and stored in the Legal Persons Register, hereby informs that by resolution of the extraordinary general shareholders meeting of AB „LIETUVOS ENERGIJA“, the Company name was changed from AB „LIETUVOS ENERGIJA“ to AB „LIETUVOS ENERGIJOS GAMYBA“.

Accordingly, on July 19, 2011 a new revision of AB „LIETUVOS ENERGIJOS GAMYBA“ Articles of Association was registered at the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania.

Having changed the name of the Company, all the other information of the Company (company code, registered address, bank information and contact numbers) does not change.
