OREANDA-NEWS. July 20, 2011. Branch of the IDGC North-West "Komienergo" started the reconstruction of electric distribution networks 10 kV in the central part of the capital of the Komi Republic. The implementation of the project will improve the reliability of power supply to existing customers and will provide an opportunity to connect new sites.

Today, distribution networks, providing power supply to the socially important facilities, financial and governmental institutions, residential buildings in Syktyvkar are overloaded. In fact, there is no possibility to connect the new housing under construction. ”Komienergo” plans o solve this problem during 2011-2013.

Until the end of 2011 will be renovated 0.5 km of overhead power line 10 kV, will be laid four cable lines 10 kV total length of 2.6 km. There also will be reconstructed equipment at the substation 110/10 kV "Yughnaya”", one of the city’s  substation 10 / 0,4 kV through its technical re-transferred to the distribution point "Stadium."

Currently under construction are cable lines in the streets Kuratova, Garagnaya, and the October Avenue. At present, the amount of work performed under the investment project is 15%.

In 2011 Komienergo plans to spend for the implementation of investment project 36.5 million rubles (without VAT).
