OREANDA-NEWS. July 20, 2011. Today, on July 20, KAMAZ has organized a meeting on quality for 118 representatives of service centers.

KAMAZ attaches great importance to this meeting. According to the company’s strategy, KAMAZ plans to completely upgrade its model line by 2013. Outdated models of vehicles will be replaced by vehicles of the new generation which will excel currently produced KAMAZ trucks in their consumer properties. And this can happen only if the new cars are made from high quality components. The company has already started working in this area. For the last two years, restyled KAMAZ vehicles have greatly improved their technical features, thanks to the use of automobile components made by the world`s leading manufacturers.

First Deputy Director General of OJSC KAMAZ Yury Klochkov, Deputy Director of Sales and Service Evgeny Pronin and Director of Quality Department Alexander Abramenko will participate in the meeting. Chief Designer of OJSC KAMAZ Danis Valeev will deliver a speech in front of the representatives of the service centers. He will tell about results of activity in 2010 and the first half-year of 2011 in the sphere of improvement of the quality of KAMAZ vehicles by way of introduction of new design solutions. The representatives of service centers and suppliers of components will share their ideas how to improve consumer properties of KAMAZ vehicles.

The participants of the meeting will also visit the automobile plant of OJSC KAMAZ where they will see new models of KAMAZ restyled vehicles.
