OREANDA-NEWS. July 20, 2011. Kyivstar is extending the duration of the "StarSvit Optimal" package. Now a money-saving offer for calls abroad is valid on a permanent basis as well as the same terms for the Kyivstar and DJUICE subscribers of the contract and prepaid form of service. A peculiarity of the renewed "StarSvit Optimal" package is the cheapening of the calls to Russia down to 95 kopecks per minute.

From now on it will be offered for "Kyivstar" and DJUICE contract and prepaid subscribers on the same terms: the amount of the package minutes for making international calls will be 60 minutes per month, the monthly subscriber charge will be 10.0 UAH. The offer is especially attractive for subscribers who makes frequent phone calls to Russia: now the charge in this direction is 95 kopeks per minute.

One can now call abroad within the package both through a special "015" prefix and through normal international prefixes "00" or "+". Kyivstar recommends to use "015" prefix for calling abroad. This will make it possible to call abroad according to the advantageous rates of the "StarSvit" service even when the minute amount of the "StarSvit Optimal" package is finished.

All the rates are given in UAH, VAT inclusive. Additionally, a Pension Fund charge is collected from the subscribers in the amount of 7.5 percent of the service value excluding VAT. While using the package, the call is charged on a "per minute" basis, starting from the first second of the conversation.

Ordering the "StarSvit Optimal" package one can do it in different ways: dial on the mobile phone *100*36*2# and press call key, call the 477*015* number or use the "My Kyivstar" ("My DJUICE") self-service system.
