OREANDA-NEWS. July 20, 2011. The 2nd HR Forum on the subject "Human Resources: new vectors of development" was held by TATNEFT at "Neptune" recreation center of NGDU Leninogorskneft, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

The HR forum was attended by R.N. Mukhamadeev, Deputy General Director for Human Resources and Social Development of TATNEFT, R.S. Nurmukhametov, Head of NGDU Leninogorskneft, R.R. Khamadyarov, Head of the Personnel Office of TATNEFT, managers and employees of human resources sections of structural divisions and subsidiaries of TATNEFT, Management Companies, small oil companies, as well as representatives of the Energy Consulting Group of Companies.

The participants were presented the reports "Development of HR Service: the needs of production and our prospects", "Development of human resource management processes: systems and interaction", "E-forms of personnel development. Corporate University" and familiarized with the system of staffing at TANEKO and experience of interaction with universities.

The following discussion sites were arranged in the framework of the forum: "The use of corporate competences in the uniform standards of personnel management", "The use of personnel assessment: experience, problems, solutions and perspectives" and "Personnel development: traditional and innovative solutions" that allowed the participants of this meeting to discuss pressing problems of the personnel development policies, instruments of personnel management and exchange experience.

At present, there is a comprehensive system of the personnel management active at TATNEFT aimed at maintaining a high professional level of workers and specialists in all areas of the Company's activity, which presumes maximally effective involvement of human resources, employees' skills development, as well as strengthening the motivation of the Company's employees and ensuring a decent standard of living for each employee.

In order to improve the efficiency and transparency of the management decisions, improve the accuracy and completeness of analyzing the information in the field of personnel management the Company has implemented an automated personnel management system based on SAP modules, which virtually covers all areas of working with the personnel: planning & employment of staff, corporate training and certification of the personnel, remuneration management, and other issues.

The human resources potential and complex work with the personnel at TATNEFT enable the Company to compete successfully with the Russian and world oil producers, as well as to strengthen its position in the oil and gas business.
