OREANDA-NEWS. July 19, 2011. More than 2,300 customers of Halyk Bank were registered in the Telebanking system. It is expected that the number of users will increase after introduction of new services, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The system of remote telephone access to information on services and client accounts allows clients to get to know about their account balances free of charge round the clock (in card, savings, loan accounts), about 5 most recent transactions in any of those accounts, to receive account statements to e-mail (for the current month, quarter, half-year), exchange rates.

Using the Telebanking system, a client can choose services in the Kazakh, Russian and English languages. There are new services alike in the pipeline, such as services to legal entities, money transfers, payments for mobile connection.

Those who want to use Telebanking, should have an active account in the Halyk Bank, a telephone with the tone mode, an e-mail to receive account statements, should be registered with Halyk Bank's Contact Centre over tel. 8 (727) 2590-777 or 8-8000-8000-59 (for other cities in Kazakhstan).
