OREANDA-NEWS. July 19, 2011. SORAINEN Latvia assisted Dasos Timberland Fund I, a private equity fund investing in sustainable timberland in Europe and emerging markets, to acquire and subsequently sell forest in Latvia, reported the press-centre of SORAINEN.

Assistance included legal advice in establishing a joint venture company in Latvia plus negotiating and concluding forest purchase and joint venture company share sale agreements.
